Cheddar Challenge 5k

Young's Jersey Dairy

Yellow Springs, Ohio

June 14th at 9:00am

The Cheddar Challenge 5k is back! Our herd of runners and walkers will enjoy a scenic course on the farmland around Young’s Jersey Dairy, including a loop in the Young’s Christmas Tree Farm and a path through our original barn built in 1869. This 3.1 mile run is suited for runners and walkers at all levels!

This event benefits the Alzheimer’s Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, South Community, Inc., and United Rehabilitation Services.

Summer Arts Festival

Thursday, June 12th at 8:00pm

The Springfield Arts Council’s 2024 Summer Arts Festival kicks off with the return of Springfield native and Festival favorite Griffin House. Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Griffin House picked up the guitar when he was 18, started writing songs right away, and within a couple years started making records and performing live. This is an Admission-free event - donations are encouraged at intermission.

Discover the life of Daniel Hertzler, a prosperous pioneer whose fortune led to mysterious circumstances and his untimely end. Tours are free and donations are appreciated as you explore this captivating slice of history with the Hertzler House Advisory Committee.
