Outside Fun for Groups from 25 to 5000+

The Barnabe Walnut Grove is two 30′ by 50′ picnic shelters located in a grove of walnut trees – a perfect place to have your group picnic, family reunion, class reunion, or any kind of informal get together.

We also have an 800-person capacity picnic shelter to handle larger groups. This new shelter allows us to accommodate our large picnics in a permanent facility and improve our service. For the largest groups (from about 1,000 to 5,000+ Guests) we provide tents for shade and shelter.

Our farm is the perfect place for groups large and small. We have the space and the expertise to easily accommodate several 1,000-3,500+ person picnics each season.

Batting Cages

If you prefer hardball or softball (slow or fast pitch), our batting cage is the place to be. There is a limit of 2 tokens per turn in the batting cages.

Miniature Golf

Two 18 hole, farm theme miniature course with three levels of waterfalls, an authentic windmill, and a cow that moos if you get a hole in one on the 18th hole!

Driving Range Balls

Hit a bucket of balls (or more) on our beautiful driving range. We have 40 grass tees, and 19 mat tees. Well lighted for evening use.

Wagon Tour on the Farm

Available June through October, take a narrated wagon tour around the farm and learn about the history of Young's + farming.

Cowvin's Fast Slide

Located at Udders & Putters, compete with friends and family going down Cowvin’s Fast Slide.

Cowtherine's Carousel

Our 36-foot carousel features an enchanting lineup of farm animals, including six Jersey cows, one pig, one goat, one rooster, and 21 horses each uniquely adorned to represent Young's famous homemade ice cream flavors.

Cowvin's Kiddie Corral

Features fun activities for our youngest visitors (48” or less in height). Located next to the corn bins, it has a slide, Tyke’s Tractors, bale climbing, and lots of fun.

Cowvin's Corny Maze

Do you like to do mazes? Would you like to get lost in a cornfield? Cowvin’s Corny Maze is the place to be! We take a three acre cornfield and convert it to one of the most fun mazes you will ever see. Some make it out in 15 minutes, some it takes 40 minutes. This activity is available August to late October, weather permitting.
