Young's Ice Cream Charity Bike Tour

Saturday, September 6th, 2025 - 8:00am

 

The Young’s Ice Cream Charity Bike Ride is organized by a group of local volunteers. The ride starts and ends at Young’s, with 21 mile, 44 mile, 63 mile, 80 mile and 100 mile options (all mileage is approximate). Riders of all ages and abilities raise money for charity and have a good time riding the well-marked routes. Food and ice cream is provided to all volunteers and riders. Each charity provides volunteers to staff the rest stops along the route.

D & D Club: Treasure Hunters

Clark County Public Library - Park Branch

Thursday, September 4th - 5:30-7:30pm

Join us as we delve into the deepest caverns and dangerous dungeons in search of wealth and wonders! For ages 9-12.

Sessions will run every first Thursday of the month and you do not have to know the rules of D&D to join. Just bring yourself and your imagination to help think up fantastic stories. 


Family Story Time & Sensory Hike

Glen Helen - Trailside Museum

505 Cory Street, Yellow Springs

Every Other Sunday-beginning September 7th, 10:00-10:45am

Join Glen Helen for a cozy nature-themed story followed by a short sensory walk near the Trailside Museum. Designed for families with young children, these gentle walks highlight simple wonders from the day’s book, like the sound of leaves crunching, the texture of bark, or a bird’s call in the trees. Perfect for little explorers and their grown-ups.

Registration suggested, walk-ins welcome.
